At the end of the year is where the Grand Final will take place. The World Travel Awards will host a celebration ceremony, and this ceremony is a major milestone within the travel, hospitality, and tourism industry. The top key decision makers of each industry and the consumer media with the key trade will all be present for the ceremonies. The program will then announce the winners and their sponsors on social media worldwide, and each day there will be fresh content added to six different platforms and it will be provided in ten languages, which include Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, and Spanish.

The Grand Tour with the World Travel Awards will be featuring a regional festive ceremony in areas such as Latin America (Riviera Maya, Mexico), Africa & the Indian Ocean (Rwanda), Asia & Australasia (Shanghai, China), North America & the Caribbean (Turks & Caicos), Middle East (Dubai), and in Europe (St. Petersburg, Russia) and this will occur in 2017.
