If in the area where you live allows you to go outside as long as you practice safe social distancing, which is staying at least two meters away from another person, then you can still go on your daily run, ride a bike, or take a walk. 

Whip Up Tasty and Healthy Meals

While grocery shopping, make sure to avoid busy hours and avoid getting close to others. Also, make sure to wipe down all your grocery store items once you return home to disinfect any surfaces that may have come in contact with the virus. After you have returned home from your grocery store safely, you can now whip up tasty and healthy meals that you and your family will love. You will be surprised what you can think of to make when you have a lot of time on your hands. Get Your Home Organized and Decluttered
