Post-COVID-19 Updates

The COVID-19 and coronavirus pandemic has taught us the importance of self-hygiene at home or on vacation. As a result, Garza Blanca Resorts have added new policies to keep guests safe and protected. For example, they have received expert advice from specialists along with obtaining their PREVERISK certification. Garza Blanca Resorts will be dedicated to providing the highest level of hygiene standards at all resorts. That way, Mexico vacations will be enjoyable and safe thanks to the new rules for hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection in all suites and common areas at the resorts. 

New Safety Measures

At Garza Blanca Resorts,  guests will remain safe with the new safety measures that are in place. What will your vacation in Mexico be like? First, when you arrive at the resort the staff will sanitize your luggage. Then, when you go to your room you will see a safety security seal, which means the room has been sanitized and disinfected, and that nobody has entered the room afterwards. Also, thermometers will be utilized throughout the resort for temperature readings, but in a non-invasive manner. Surfaces that receive a lot of traffic will be sanitized often throughout the day. Lastly, sanitizing stations are also available at the front desk, restaurant openings, and other common areas. 

Restaurant Safety Protocol

In room dining and restaurants at the resorts have received additional adjustments as well so that all foods and drinks will be prepared safely. All employees that work in the restaurants have been trained on the proper way to handle and serve the foods and drinks. Restaurants will only allow a certain amount of people at the same time to dine along with providing safe distances between guests. Garza Blanca Resorts will continue to have their staff trained and up to date on proper safety protocol. 

Social Distancing at Garza Blanca

Social distancing will be followed to reduce any additional transmissions of illnesses and viruses. Guests will see signage at the resort that will remind guests to practice social distancing, which is 2 meters. Similarly, furniture in common areas at the resort and at the pool has been rearranged to provide a safe distance between guests. The gym will be open, but you will need to make a reservation as only a certain number of guests can use the gym at the same time. Additional sanitizing measures will be in place at the gym, too. 

Doctor and Medical Team Onsite

To minimize direct contact with guests and staff, many changes at Garza Blanca Resorts have been implemented. If there is a suspected case of coronavirus at the resort, the guest can see the doctor and medical team that is available onsite 24 hours a day. The medical team would include a licensed doctor, their operations, the general manager, and the head of security. The medical team will help any guests with any issues they have while at the resort.
